Calibrations
Our load cell calibration facility tests tension to 100 tonnes and compression to 300 tonnes, with every result traceable to NPL or UKAS-accredited standards.
For offshore work, we also hydrostatic pressure test Shear Pin Load Cells to 300 bar, entirely in-house.
Equipment Hire
Our load cell hire fleet runs from 1t–400t Telemetry Tensile Links through to Grapnels and cable working equipment, serviced and maintained in-house by our own Hire Engineers.
One account covers the whole fleet, so a fast-moving project doesn’t stall on setting up a new supplier.
Marine Sales
We act as a single point of contact for marine procurement, consolidating orders across multiple suppliers into one purchase order from our Southampton base.
We’re also an authorised distributor of Dunlop 18″ Aircraft Tyres, used for holdback tension on offshore cable engines.
DLM Design
Our electronic, mechanical and systems engineers bring over 60 years of combined experience, taking bespoke designs from concept to production using Solidworks and FEA analysis.
We also program and commission Siemens and Red Lion control systems, and design in-house electronics for load cell signal conditioners and test equipment.
